2, 3 & 4 Cumberland Place, NW1

Facing Regent’s Park and located between Cumberland and Chester Terraces on the Crown Estate, 2, 3 and 4 Cumberland Place form the substantive part of the Grade 1 listed building known as Nash’s ‘Villa composition’. Moxley Architects were commissioned to return the properties to the original house format from the 1950’s conversion to lateral apartments. The project was awarded the Bentley International Property Awards 4-star award for conservation redevelopment.
