Chantrey House, SW1

Chantrey House is a Grade II listed Edwardian mansion block in Victoria. The Grosvenor Estate appointed Moxley Architects to convert the floors above existing ground floor retail space from commercial use to provide a mix of twenty seven open market and nine affordable residential units.

Over the years the existing structure had been altered several times, but this scheme was realised with very little further structural modification.
